- Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) provides support services to adults with disabilities and their caregivers. 414-289-6660

- Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) helps children with disabilities and their families through funding supports and services that help children grow and live their best lives.
- Children’s Community Options Program funds many supports and services that you can’t get through other insurance, Medicaid, or the Children’s Long-Term Support Program. It can also pay for a one-time need. (414) 289-6799
- Wraparound Milwaukee – Children’s Community Mental Health Services provides care and support to youth and families with a child or children who have serious emotional or mental health needs. In addition to case management services, Wraparound Milwaukee provides a broad range of youth and family support services including traditional behavioral health services, alcohol/other substance abuse counseling and non-traditional support services such as parent assistance and daily living skills. - Owen’s Place is a community drop-in resource center for young adults age 16 to 24 whose mental health needs may be impacting their ability to become independent. Owen’s Place is equipped with a computer lab, kitchen, laundry facility, and monthly calendar of social events and skill building activities. (414) 977-4249
- Milwaukee Mobile Crisis provides mental health crisis responses and intervention to individuals of all ages, in the community. This non-police mobile response provides services 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is composed of counselors, therapists, psychologists and nurses. 414-257-7222
- Women, Infants and Children (WIC) provides nutrition education, breastfeeding education and support, supplemental nutritious foods, and referrals to other health and nutrition services.
